Please check with Jim before purchasing any costly items to avoid duplication.

Monetary tax deductable donations are appreciated and should be made out to Coffeyville Area Community Foundation, note in lower left memo line on check "Coffeyville Friends of Animals” and mail to CACF PO Box 635, Coffeyville KS 67337

Microchip and Scanner - To microchip dogs being adopted out and the scanner to I.D. lost dogs that may already have microchips. This would be helpful as most found dogs are not wearing collars and we could send them back home easily.

Mail Box – We would like to have the kind that is set in Brick housing and also need a volunteer to build it. This is preferred to detour vandalism and ensure many years of use.

Mop & mop bucket - extra mop heads too J

Refrigerator – Donations accepted at: S & H Sales & Service Appliance Center, 125 W 8th St Coffeyville.

(S & H has discounted one for us that is on display and will give you a receipt for your tax deductable donation towards the purchase price of $400.00)

Fax/Copy Machine - Call Jim Percival at Jan L's 251-3350 to see if we still need these.

Emergency Medical Kit- For Shelter workers.

 

Catch pole – For safety if handling an aggressive animal.

Gloves – Thick leather Welders Gloves with cuffs that go up arm a little, to handle any bity animals – 1 size medium and/or 1 size large.

Bird cage – 1

Blankets – Cotton or cotton blend (no silk or satin). For bedding in kennels. If large please cut into quarters - if unravel type, please sew edges. These will be washed many times over.

Cotton & other cloth small rugs – No rubber backing, washable/small like ones used in front of a sink or door. For dog kennel bedding.

 

Cat beds - The little oval shaped ones with the small edging work best as they can be washed.

Towels - Used for dog baths and can use in cat kennels as bedding also.

Hair dryers -2 would be nice.

Dog flea shampoo/conditioner/ baby shampoo - lots

 

Dish brushes with handles /rubber gloves– For daily washing of food/water bowls.

 

Small plastic litter boxes - One for each of the Cat Kennels and couple extra.

 

Three 55 galtrash containers on rollers with lids - trash in cat/puppy room, dog kennel area, and for garage.

Newspapers - For cat/puppy kennel lining bottom after cleaning (do not shred and take out slick ads please).

Cleaning supplies - Allergy free laundry detergent, dish soap, and lots of Clorox for laundry, daily moping, andsanitizing/washing food bowls.

Treats - Pigs ears, hooves, real bones, milk bone type doggie treats, and kitty treats and toys. No rawhide treats as dogs can get these lodged in their intestines.

Cat/Dog food and puppy/Kitten formula

Leashes/collars – All sizes.

Dog /cat brushes- 4 or 5 of each

 

Rubber rain boots – some in any of these sizes 8, 9, 10, 12 these are important for volunteers to use to walk dogs so they do not track Parvo into shelter.

Net – If need to recapture a small animal loose in Shelter.

Pooper Scoopers – 2

 

Angler Brooms/scoop trays – 2
